Tom Triscari
Applied Advertising Economist, Sr. Advisor

Tom is a leading voice of reason in the adtech industry. He is Sr. Advisor at Landmark Ventures co-managing their AdTech and Media M&A practice. Tom is also the founder of Lemonade Projects, a programmatic innovation canvas and advisory firm based in NYC running projects and experiments at the intersection of economics, game theory, and principles of radical transparency. In addition, Tom operates Quo Vadis, a popular newsletter covering AdTech and finance. Tom advises several early-stage companies in a fractional corporate development capacity and is the co-founder of The Advertising Economic Forum.
Tom’s programmatic experience includes developing early-stage addressable TV and data product requirements in 2007 as part of a consultant team that stood up Project Canoe. From 2008 to 2012, he managed a pan-European team at Yahoo! in Barcelona with responsibility for Right Media, the first programmatic exchange. Tom also held a senior role at pre-IPO Criteo in London building supply-side and data science teams. By 2014 when in-housing took root, he was hired as CEO to reposition Amsterdam-based Yieldr (a DSP platform). Tom went on to found Labmatik, a programmatic transformation advisory helping large global clients from 2015 to 2020. Tom is a non-executive director of Bright Mountain Media (OCT: BMTM) and sits on several startup advisory boards.
Tom has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Andy Marshall
CEO, Our Media

Andy Marshall is CEO of Our Media, the specialist media business which Andy and his management team bought out of the Immediate group in 2023 (and which is part of the Ozone network). Our Media is the latest incarnation of a business Andy launched in 1998 as Origin Publishing and over an eventful twenty eight years Andy has succeeded in selling it and buying it back twice! The company – whose 20 brands include BBC Science Focus, Gardens Illustrated, BBC Music, Homes & Antiques, Gathered, Cycling Plus, Mountain Biking UK and BBC Wildlife as well as a highly successful media consultancy and agency – employs 300 people in the heart of Bristol.
Andy spent five years in the 1990s at Future, before launching Origin and more recently, prior to the buyback, led a number of different businesses within the Immediate Group across digital, print and live events.
