Ozone – the UK’s premium digital advertising platform built for brands, by publishers – has announced a series of internal promotions as it prepares for growth in 2024.

In the commercial team, Dougie Gunning has been promoted to the role of Senior Agency Partner with responsibility for representing agencies across Scotland and the north of England. Dougies reports to Bill Dennett, Head of Regional Sales, UK&I who is based in Ozone’s Manchester hub.
Additionally, Gwen Glynn is promoted to the role of Head of Design for Studiozone, our in-house creative team. Reporting to CMO, Bryan Scott, Gwen will take responsibility for shaping our design-led outputs for both external and internal customers.
There have also been a number of changes within Ozone’s Strategy and Operations function. Kirsty Spencer, has been announced as Head of Business Programmes reporting directly to CSO Dora Michail-Clendinnen. Within our Publisher Operations team, Phil Nessfield and Maria Neves have been promoted to Senior Campaign Manager and Campaign Manager respectively, reporting to Maff Brown, Senior Publisher Operations Manager. Reporting to Luke Hogan, our Head of Technical Operations, Ross Cassey has been appointed Team Lead, Technical Account Management, while Ben Cook is promoted to Technical Account Manager. Rounding off the changes in this function, Tatyana Derelieva becomes Senior Rev Ops Analyst, reporting to Andy Cross, Head of Operational Analytics.
Finally. but by no means least, Hrishi Deodhar is promoted to Senior Product Manager reporting to Lead Product Manager, Shankar Kaimal, while Bipin Patel becomes Senior Management Accountant reporting to ozone’s Head of Finance, Laura Cotter.
