
Tom Harrison, Senior Director of Growth, joins Ozone to strengthen the digital advertising business’ platform presence and expand strategic partnerships.
Tom will report directly to Ozone’s global Chief Revenue Officer, Craig Tuck, and work alongside Emma Cranston, Senior Director of Advertising.
Ozone, the leading digital advertising business, today announces the appointment of Tom Harrison as Senior Director of Growth, a newly created role to drive platform presence and strategic partnerships – rooted in technology and data – with agency and advertiser clients.
Tom brings 18 years of agency expertise to Ozone, mostly recently serving as Head of Outcomes, UK at Omnicom Media Group UK, with senior programmatic positions at Manning Gottlieb OMD and formerly at Mindshare. With a wealth of industry experience, Tom is well-positioned to understand the needs and priorities of both agencies and advertisers.
Reporting directly to Ozone’s global Chief Revenue Officer, Craig Tuck, and working alongside Emma Cranston, Senior Director of Advertising, Tom will oversee initiatives that strengthen commercial partnerships and drive platform adoption. To this end, Jhan Hancock-Rushton and Frances Lazenby, Ozone’s Client & Strategy Director and Strategic Solutions Director respectively, will report to Tom. He will also ensure that Ozone’s partnerships support wider business growth across international markets, including Europe, the US and Asia. Tom joins Ozone on Monday, 3 November, 2025.
This appointment comes as Ozone rapidly expands across both sides of the Atlantic. The company has increased its global headcount by 20% in the first half of the year, adding talent in London, Manchester and New York, while also strengthening its engineering and data capabilities. Ozone recently launched its Audience Connection Platform in the United States, where it is expected to scale to 205 million Americans every month – almost three-quarters of the country’s online population. In the UK, the Ozone platform reaches nine in 10 online users a month, almost 60% of whom are seen every day*.
