Today, Ozone – the digital advertising business founded by four of the UK’s leading publishers – has announced a number of hires across the organisation as it accelerates the growth of its audience platform business.
Across the first half of 2025, Ozone saw a 20% increase in its global headcount, with new hires in London, Manchester and New York – accompanied by an expanding footprint in its engineering and data capabilities. The platform expects to hire a further 20 team members between now and the end of the year across all business areas; including product development, sales, marketing, publisher services and operations.
Among the new hires, Alice Brampton has been appointed to the new role of Head of UK Marketing & PR, reporting directly to Chief Marketing Officer, Bryan Scott. Alice joins Ozone from Captify where she most recently held the position of Global Head of Content.
