OUR CULTURE
Our team is a special bunch of people – they make our culture and we count on them to fuel it for the future. As such, we’re incredibly proud to be named as one of Campaign’s Best Places To Work, rising eight places in our second year. We’ve also been awarded the badge of honour from the IPA’s People’s First Promise, demonstrating our commitment to our team’s mental health and wellbeing.
We are also very proud of our Culture Council, a cross-business group who meet monthly to deliver our inclusive team events – including our annual Sports Day, guest speakers, and collectives such as our book club and gaming nights. They have also launched our ‘Get To Know’ sharing sessions that have delivered brilliant insights on mental health, Eid celebrations and even Eurovision.
