Ozone’s North Poll - Competition Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Ozone Project Ltd (company no. 11471303) whose registered office is at 20 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9RS.
Entry is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, who are customers of Ozone’s regional offices based out of Manchester and Scotland. No entry will be accepted from employees (and their families) of Ozone or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or with helping to set up the competition.
The Competition will open each Monday for four weeks from Monday, 21 November.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Only one entry to each weekly competition per person. In order to enter the weekly competition entrants must submit their name, email and answers to all questions through the competition portal on Typeform.
Each week there will be two £100 gift card prize winners and one £50 gift card winner.
The winners of our World Cup related questions will be whoever picks a number closest to the actual winning number. Other winners will be chosen at random. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entries will not be accepted via any other channel or medium.
Winner(s) will be notified using the information provided by the entrant(s).
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
