Junior Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer to join Studiozone, our growing in-house studio, to help produce compelling digital advertising campaigns for world-leading-brands.

Responsibilities

The proven success of our in house studio, launched at the end of 2023, means we are now expanding and looking for new talent. This junior to mid weight role will support our Creative Solutions Designer in offering advertising solutions to our clients, both as final delivery and for pitch purposes. 

You will be designing, building and presenting digital ad campaigns – across multiple formats, using a growing number of high impact features – to meet the brief and sit within our publishers’ environments. 

As part of this role you will be given hands-on training and support on our ad server platform, explaining the techniques, dynamic creative strategy and considerations when designing and building for high impact and dynamic content optimisation.

You would also need to understand the creative needs of Ozone’s Marketing team, to cover where necessary, and work as a team to ensure Ozone has a consistent and engaging brand presence.

Required experience/skills

  • This role would suit someone who is currently working at a similar capacity but would like to deepen their knowledge at this level.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently, alongside senior members of the team, to interpret a brief.

  • A strong portfolio of relevant work.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a creative, problem solving, conquer-all mentality.

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time, to meet short deadlines, whilst retaining creative excellence.

  • Fully proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, have some knowledge of After Effects (or similar video editing/animation software) and well versed in the Google suite of software or Microsoft Office. 

  • Keen to contribute your creative ideas to enhance our offering and keep up-to-date with advertising industry and design trends.
