Grow Zone for brands academy lifts off

Grow Zone for Brands, our new academy-style sessions designed to help induct new joiners across agencies into all things Ozone, has launched.

The initiative threw open its doors for the first time in March to recent starters at both the7stars, the UK's largest independent advertising agency, and sister-agency Bountiful Cow.

Over two, three-hour sessions, more than 30 industry newbies were introduced to Ozone by our crack team of specialists, Joel Woodage, Agency Hub Lead for Independents, Jack Oates, Agency Sales Partner for Independents, Frances Lazenby, Head of Strategic Solutions and Harry Beaven, Senior Client Services Manager.

Beginning with a warm welcome from our Chief Revenue Officer, Craig Tuck, the sessions featured an overview of the Ozone story so far and included deep dives into our premium environments, insights, ad formats and measurement solutions.

And following a live demo of Ozone Ad Manager Insights, our proprietary audience and content insights platform and campaign activation tool, attendees were then put through their paces with a practical brief response exercise in which they ‘pitched to win’. Our judging panel of Ozone dragons (nice ones!) then grilled the grads and selected the winning pitch and best presenter with prizes up for grabs for the best brief response and best presenter.
