Prior to their promotions, James and Joel both held the position of Senior Agency Sales Partner - a role each has held since joining Ozone in January 2019 and August 2019 respectively. In their new roles, each will take responsibility for revenue delivery and relationship management with their hub colleagues across their agency patches; James overseeing Publicis, Dentsu, IPG and Havas, with Joel focused on the independent agency market.

Natalie Dawson, Agency Sales Director at The Ozone Project, said: “We’re thrilled to be promoting James and Joel into these new roles. This is a clear reflection on all they have achieved since they joined Ozone and the relationships they have built. We have huge ambitions for our business, and James and Joel will both play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver the very best solutions for our agency partners.”

James Phillips, Agency Hub Lead at The Ozone Project said: “I’m delighted to be moving into this new role and working with my hub colleagues to ensure our agencies receive the most effective response to briefs. As Ozone grows, this new structure will help us to ensure consistency of service across each of our agency hubs.”

Joel Woodage, Agency Hub Lead at The Ozone Project said, “We’ve seen great engagement with Ozone from the UK’s independent agency scene as they activate their clients across our premium platform. Building a dedicated hub to service this market is a huge step forward, and I look forward to working with our clients and colleagues as we build a better future for digital advertising.”
