Ozone set for 2022 growth with new senior roles and new hire

Our commercial team announces several role changes and new hires to maintain 2021’s impressive growth trajectory throughout the course of 2022

The Ozone Project, the UK’s leading high attention digital advertising platform, has announced a number of role changes and new hires within its commercial team to maintain 2021’s impressive growth trajectory throughout the course of 2022.

In a move reflective of the increasingly upstream, more integrated conversations Ozone is having with its agency partners, Natalie Dawson has been appointed to lead these discussions in the new role of Strategic Agency Sales Director. Similarly, Emma Cranston will move into the expanded role of Client Services Director demonstrating the platform’s commitment to world class customer service and innovation in key areas such as campaign measurement - Emma spearheaded last year’s launch of the Ozone Attention Index.

Both Natalie and Emma will continue to report into Craig Tuck, Ozone’s Chief Revenue Officer, alongside Jacque Chadwick in the role of Agency Commercial Trading Director and Sophie Raptis, who as Ozone’s Client Director spearheads collaboration and integrations with advertisers directly.

Ozone will also welcome Angela Decube to the team in January who joins as Senior Agency Sales Partner, in the Agency Sales team led by Jacque Chadwick. Prior to joining Ozone, Angela held a variety of different commercial roles at Hearst, most recently as Agency Director.

These changes follow a significant period of growth for the Ozone workforce – throughout 2021, the team has grown by more than 50%, with plans to double again by the end of 2022.

Craig Tuck, Chief Revenue Officer at The Ozone Project, said: “Whether it’s in the shape of a new role or a new hire, each of the changes within our team are critical for delivering the very best Ozone experience for our agency and advertiser customers. Across the course of the past twelve months, we have focused on deepening the relationships we have with our clients, embedding Ozone’s platform into their business, all while demonstrating the effectiveness of our premium marketplace in driving real and tangible results. As we enter a new year, I am excited about the prospect of delivering even more for our customers as Natalie, Emma and Angela embrace their new roles.”
