Ozone shortlisted for campaign media awards

The Ozone Project, the UK’s leading high attention digital advertising platform, has been shortlisted for two prizes at this year’s Campaign Media Awards in the insight and innovation, and best of the best categories.

The first in our brace of nominations is for Ozone Ad Manager Insights (OAMI), our proprietary, first-party data powered campaign planning and activation platform, which has been shortlisted for the Media Owner - Product Innovation award.

For the first time, OAMI allows our customers to understand and interpret data at scale, with the aggregation of this data being completely exclusive to Ozone, to provide a 360° view of consumer behaviour across the premium web. Developed in-house and with guidance from our friends at the award-winning full service agency Goodstuff, the platform has generated 3,500+ audience or content insight data views since launch and has been used to create insights for 537 client brief responses in the second half of 2021.

The innovation category will be hard fought with stiff competition coming from Mobsta, Metro and Sky.

Our second nomination is for Commercial Team of the Year in the best of the best category, which will be fiercely contested this year with Reach Solutions, News UK, Mail Metro Media, LADbible Group, the Independent Commercial Team and Clear Channel UK all in the running.

Ozone's commercial team has shown exceptional industry leadership and delivered unprecedented, high growth results throughout 2021. The team has driven strategic conversations on major topics impacting our customers, such as third-party cookie, privacy and transparency challenges. They have also focused on insights and measurement putting our exclusive, cross-publisher first-party data at the heart of everything, while also launching the Ozone Attention Index and running 164 different brand studies.

Commenting on the duo of nominations, our delighted CRO Craig Tuck, said: “Just to be shortlisted after only three years in business is an amazing honour and wow, how the team deserve it. Headwinds like we’ve never witnessed before, yet the team’s humility, professionalism and willingness to stand firm in creating a new and premium proposition to counter diminished and outdated alternatives, has been outstanding. Kudos to all at The Ozone Project and a massive thank you to all our clients.”

The awards will take place on Thursday 7th April at a ceremony in London.
