The Christmas countdown has begun and with a busy few weeks to come we have summarised our key December dates to ensure the smooth delivery of festive campaigns for our customers
We're into the final stretch of 2022 with just three full working weeks of the year to go. Below are all the key dates you need to know about when working with Ozone throughout December and into the start of 2023.
The Christmas rush is on: The next few weeks will be a very busy time for the Ozone team as client campaigns ramp up for Christmas and that all important start to the new year. The sooner we get your campaigns set up, the smoother everything will run.
Christmas campaign deadline: To guarantee launch for any campaigns activating between 24 December 2022 and 2 January 2023, please ensure all assets and full campaign information is submitted to the Ozone team prior to Thursday 15 December.
Ozone's Christmas Party: Our team's own office celebration will be taking place on the evening of Monday 19 December. To allow for a little bit of recovery time, the Ozone office will be closed from 9am until 11am on Tuesday 20 December.
Open all Betwixtmas: We're operating a full campaign delivery service on the three working days between Christmas and New Year – ensuring all activity runs as planned. Speak to your Sales or Client Services contacts for more details.
Q4 initiative raises more than £3k for The Trussell Trust
Many of you will be aware of our end of year charity initiative – The Festive Feed Back – aimed at helping those facing food poverty this Christmas. As a result of the hundreds of £5 donations we've made for every person we take to breakfast, lunch or dinner since October – plus our in-agency activations for Ozone's GOALden Quarter – we have to date raised more than £3,000 for The Trussell Trust.
