Ozone wins 'International Digital Innovation of the Year'

As winner of the 2020 Newsawards International Digital Innovation of the Year prize, The Ozone Project provides, “digital innovation at great scale,” the judges commented. They added that Ozone is, “a very important and successful project, building the digital advertising project of the future.”

The Telegraph was highly commended by the judges for its interactive storytelling, which is “leading the way with digital innovation, with a small team producing content that truly engages the reader.”

Also commended were The Guardian’s “polished, premium product” The Daily; The FT’s News Briefing Podcast, which provided “immediate interest from commercial partners and sponsors”; Reach Solutions’ Mantis Brand Safety tool; and the Evening Standard’s Google Project.
