The Attention Monthly, The Ozone Project’s monthly newsletter, celebrates its first anniversary in August with a look back at a year of Ozone growth and innovation PLUS all the very latest news and insights from the team.

Sometimes all it takes is a little reminder to take a step back and reflect on what you've achieved, and what better time to do that than with the one year anniversary of The Attention Monthly. Hopefully you'll agree there's been plenty to keep Ozone top of mind over the past twelve months, but here are a few selected highlights that we thought would be worth reminding you of as we head towards the final four months of 2021.

We’ve grown significantly, scaling up from start up to fully formed digital advertising platform. This is thanks to the extra investment from our founders, the growth in our publisher ranks with the Independent and Evening Standard, and City AM and HELLO! all joining since last summer, and also our team size tripling with the naming of Martin Harriman as our first ever chair and the opening of our regional hub key highlights.

Coupled with this growth has come a slew of innovations to meet market demand. Among the shiny new things we've launched are our award-winning Ozone Marketplace brand-safe connection, our outstream Premium-Only Video product, which Shelter was so happy with it put its name to in this case study, as well as the launch of Ozone Outcomes, the Ozone Attention Index and now Ozone Ad Manager.

Speaking of award wins, we’ve won a fair few since our first issue, including the 2020 Media Week Awards' Media Brand of the Year.

We're also setting the digital advertising agenda and pushing conversations about the future of our industry forward through our Better Future Series. Sessions 1 and 2 focused on identity and effective measures of success, while our autumn edit will focus on the value of first-party data, which being Ozone, we have an abundance of. Watch this space for more on session 3 soon.

It’s been a heck of a ride getting to this point, but thanks to the hard work of our superbly talented team, and the support of our advertiser clients, agency partners and publishers, we are extremely excited about the next stage in our mission to create the digital advertising platform of the future; a platform built for brands, by publishers.
